Great family hotel experience.

Solid location right off the M6 makes it easy to access, with ample free parking. The rooms come equipped with a flat screen TV, decent hanging space, and a choice of pillow firmness for a comfortable nights' rest.

Dealt with some hiccups during my stay. The lift decided to malfunction, leaving a couple of guests in a bit of a bind without access to their rooms. there were repeated issues with key cards needing to be reset, which became a hassle. I had a confusing situation regarding payment where I had to clarify my transaction more than once, impacting the checkout experience. Facilities are decent enough but could use a smoother operation overall when it comes to access and payment systems.

Had a great time with friends. We visited The Bescot Stadium and The Hawthorns, catching some exciting football matches. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean. We loved the complimentary coffee and tea, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing after our adventures. Don’t forget to check out the 4D cinema. it's a blast!
